November 9 by Colleen Hoover

Fallon meets Ben, an aspiring novelist, the day before her scheduled cross-country move. Their untimely attraction leads them to spend Fallon’s last day in L.A. together, and her eventful life becomes the creative inspiration Ben has always sought for his novel. Over time and amidst the various relationships and tribulations of their own separate lives, they continue to meet on the same date every year. Until one day Fallon becomes unsure if Ben has been telling her the truth or fabricating a perfect reality for the sake of the ultimate plot twist.

I said this once, and I’ll say it again, Colleen Hoover never fails to deliver.
This book! Oh.my.word. THIS.BOOK!
The feels, the smiles, the heartache, the healing, and the swooning is just wow!
Fallon & Ben’s lives cross in the most interesting of ways and the journey they embark on will leave you speechless, breathless and falling in love with them.
My think my face hurts a little from the all the smiling and crying combined.
This storyline was so creative! The the plot twist? Oh my wow!! The twist, I didn’t see it coming!! LOVE THAT!!! I don’t now how she does it, but her plot twists always leaving me with my mouth hanging wide open! The connection you feel with the characters instantly makes you love them, all the while you are rooting, laughing and crying for them.

The quotes in this book are just mind-blowing! The feels are everywhere!
Here are a few of my faves:

“I like his attention. I’m only looking at him like this because…well..because he’s obviously a lunatic.”

“You’ll never be able to find yourself if you’re lost in someone else.”

“Sigh.” Did you actually say sigh? Out loud? Instead of actually sighing?”
“Eye-roll.”

“Why won’t you give me your phone number?”
“Because I actually like you.”

“I wish I could have this every day. Once a year isn’t near enough.”

“I wonder if he feels the same way? If thoughts of me consume him all day long like thoughts of him consume me?”

“I don’t want to be your first, Fallon. I want to be your last.”

“When she locks eyes with mine, it’s evident how much of her I just destroyed.”
Oh this quote just hurt my heart so bad.

“That’s what love is, Ben. Love is sacrifice.”

“For one day each year, I wanted to be this guy who was falling for this girl, because everything about you captivated me.”

Overall, I thoroughly, completely, highly recommend this book.
FIVE THOUSAND STARS!

It’s now my favorite CoHo book ever, and I absolutely wish I could read it all over for the first time, just to be able to experience all the feels again.
